01 / When we help

Local numbers. Management-grade answers.

International businesses rarely need another spreadsheet. They need timely, consistent finance information that local management and headquarters can both rely on.

01

Are monthly reports late or difficult to reconcile?

We establish a reliable close and reporting calendar, clear ownership and one consistent reporting pack.

02

Does statutory accounting fail to explain business performance?

We translate local accounting data into management P&L, cash flow, balance sheet and operational drivers.

03

Can management trust the budget and forecast?

We build driver-based plans, rolling forecasts and variance analysis linked to business decisions.

04

Is liquidity visible early enough?

We introduce cash forecasting, payment planning and controls over short- and medium-term funding needs.

05

Are you preparing for an investment, acquisition or financing?

We analyse financial performance, data quality, risks and value drivers for decision-makers.

06

Does the local finance team need senior support in English?

We bridge local data and processes with the expectations of shareholders, management and headquarters.

03 / Approach

Start with reporting requirements. Then align data, controls and technology.

Automation is valuable only when definitions, ownership and reconciliations are clear. Our work follows four practical stages.

01

Assess

Define the decisions and reporting requirements

We clarify stakeholder expectations, reporting deadlines, local systems, data owners and current pain points.
02

Design

Build the reporting and control framework

We define reporting formats, mappings, policies, planning logic, responsibilities and review procedures.
03

Implement

Connect, validate and automate the data

We configure tools, reconcile outputs, resolve data gaps and complete the first reporting cycle.
04

Operate

Run a consistent monthly finance cycle

We support reporting, forecasting, management review and follow-through on agreed actions.
Selected caseTrading + manufacturing

A growing group had several 1C databases but no reliable view of profitability and cash.

The business combined wholesale, retail and manufacturing operations. Management needed one financial model across entities and business lines.

What the integrated model revealed

  1. Reconstructed three years of net profitusing one consistent management reporting logic.
  2. Separated business-line economicsand identified a loss-making manufacturing unit.
  3. Explained the cash conversion issueaccumulated profit had been absorbed by inventory growth.

Management outcome

The owners received a reconciled explanation of performance and cash — not another disconnected spreadsheet.

04 / Technology

Technology should support the finance process — not define it.

We work with the client's existing systems and recommend the simplest reliable architecture for the required reporting outcome.

Technology reduces manual work and spreadsheet dependency, while professional responsibility for definitions, controls and conclusions remains with the finance adviser.
